Agrocaribe organized an induction plan for its employees, which consisted on strengthening company policies, a guide for discipline and a video of Agrocaribe and Extractora del Atlántico with corporate information, and agricultural and industrial work.

All the field workers, administration personnel and mill workers were trained on strengthening company policies and the guide for discipline. During training, tests were given to the administration staff to measure their level of understanding.

On the agricultural part, field training has also started through the Technical Department and the area managers on the main proceedings of the field work and the responsible use of applicators for agriculture.

Testimonies of trained workers

“Agrocaribe is taking good care of us, they give us work opportunities, the camps are in a good state, in other places it is not the same, we thank you for the attention and the training we have received, because we have learned about the company and its policies”.

Francisco Uz Lix, field employee

“I liked the training, we learned how to behave at work, because there are things we didn't know and now we do. In Agrocaribe, we have good salaries and benefits for our families too. Thank you Agrocaribe, for the opportunity that you give us”.

Leopoldo Barahona, field employee

“It is important to know the company policies, objectives and how to reach them. As workers we have to know our rights and obligations, with the induction video we have seen in a more detailed way what the company really does. This helps me organize my job to optimize the resources and obtain better results”.
